The best friend you and your organization did not know you needed!

My pals and I at one of my favourite fundraisers in support of our local Habitat for Humanity chapter.

Hey there! I am Nicole, and I have been immersed in the community sector for over 20 years. I have worn many hats - writer, fundraiser, program manager, administrator, treasurer, researcher, founder, board member - you name it, I have done it. If you are in this space, you know the drill - we adapt, shift, and do it all.

But do we really need to?

Can't our organizations achieve sustainability, stabilize annual funds, and design programs that truly meet community needs? The answer is yes! We can achieve financial resiliency and organizational capacity, and I would love to help you get there.

I am here to be the best friend you and your organization did not even know you needed! From providing resources and expertise to offering tailored advice and customized tools, my consulting and coaching services make all the difference in achieving your goals.

I founded Capacity for Community to help nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs like you level up your leadership and development skills, transforming your organizations and the programs and services they deliver.

Here are some recent client engagements I’ve been working on:

- Grant writing for a $5 million project

- Developing a revenue diversification plan for an arts and culture organization

- Mentoring new staff and board members as an advisor and coach

- Registering two nonprofit organizations as Canadian charities

- Enhancing management efficiencies by restructuring a social enterprise's internal system and infrastructure

- Delivering training to national and municipal networks of women's organizations and community partners

-Coaching a food security organization on how to advocate for policy changes with the federal government

All of these organizations had one thing in common: too much work on their plate with too little time and resources to advance their goals.  That’s where my consulting and coaching services come in – helping you build capacity, concur your to do list and generate results for your organization.

I would love to work with you and your good cause. My consulting style is authentic and genuine, and my coaching approach is more of a "do it with you" rather than "talking at you." With budget-friendly rates and bundles, I make engaging a consultant affordable and doable. So, let us grab a virtual coffee and discover the impactful ways we can work together!
